Respect & Quiet

Hours Please be considerate of neighbors at all times. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM – no loud noise, music, or parties during this time. Parties, events, and unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. On Sundays and public holidays, we kindly ask you to help maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the building. Please avoid loud conversations, music, or other disruptive noises, especially during morning and evening hours. Other guests and neighbors may be resting – thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

No Smoking

Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony – please use an ashtray and dispose of waste properly.

Cleanliness Please treat the apartment and its contents with care. When checking out, leave the space in a clean and tidy condition (no dirty dishes, remove trash, etc.).

Keys

Keys must not be given to third parties. In case of key loss, the cost of replacing the lock system may be charged. 

Damages & Theft

Guests are fully liable for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, or equipment. Theft or intentional damage will be reported and charged. Please report any damage immediately – we will assess and charge if necessary.

Safety

Please turn off all electrical appliances (e.g. stove, coffee machine) after use. When leaving the apartment: close windows, turn off lights, and lock the door.

Pets

Pets are not allowed. 

General Information
